French Press Guide
Intro:
For those who love bold and smooth coffee with a heavy body, French Press is a classic. It's easy to learn and hard to mess up.
You’ll Need:

French Press (350ml for 1 cup)

Freshly ground Bro Coffee (coarse grind)

Scale or tablespoon

Kettle with hot water (just off boil: ~96°C)

Stirrer or spoon

Timer
Brew Ratio:
1:15 coffee to water (e.g. 30g coffee to 450ml water)
Step-by-Step:

Add coffee to the French Press.

Start timer and pour in hot water (saturate all grounds).

Stir gently after 30 seconds.

Place lid (don’t plunge yet). Let steep for 4 minutes.

Slowly press the plunger down.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
Pro Tip:
Don’t let it sit too long post-brew — it’ll keep extracting and turn bitter.
