At Bro Coffee, we aim to provide efficient and reliable delivery services to ensure your order arrives promptly. Below is our shipping policy outlining the timeline for our Post Office 2nd Class 48-Hour Guarantee service.

Order Processing:

·        Order Placement: Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

·        Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email

Shipping Timeline:

·        Day 0: Order Placement and Processing

o   Orders placed before 12 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day.

o   Orders placed after 12 PM are processed on the next business day.

·        Day 1: Dispatch

o   Orders are dispatched via Post Office 2nd Class service.

·        Day 2: Delivery

o   Orders are delivered within 48 hours (two business days) from the dispatch date.

Important Notes:

·        Delivery Areas: The 48-hour guarantee applies to most UK mainland addresses. Some remote areas may experience slight delays.

·        Delays: While we strive to meet the 48-hour delivery timeline, external factors such as weather conditions or postal service delays may affect delivery times.

For orders less than £20, delivery fee is £3.50.
