Guatemala is best known for its volcanic landscape, fascinating Mayan culture and the colorful colonial city of Antigua, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. But this small Central American country has a wealth of homegrown produce and talent. We only use SHB (Strictly Hard Beans) which grow in the rich volcanic soils in the Santa Rosa area at an altitude above 1350. The climate allows the coffee bean to mature slowly, which concentrates the flavours.
